Biohazardous & Regulated Medical Waste Disposal
Biomedical waste, scalpels, other sharps, pathological and chemotherapy waste are of significant concern to hospitals and communities around the world. The improper handling of such waste can jeopardize the health of staff, patients, disposal workers and anyone else coming into contact with the hazardous materials discarded by hospitals and other healthcare sites.
Some 20 to 25 per cent of the total waste generated by healthcare establishments is regarded as hazardous and may create a variety of health and environmental risks if not managed and destroyed in an appropriate manner. Incineration is the only method providing complete destruction and neutralization of the medical waste.
Cyclonator Incinerators are in use at dozens of medical facilities.
Agricultural and Animal Incinerators
Incinerators can be a cost-effective way for farmers and ranchers to manage the disposal of agricultural and animal waste.
Incineration allows farmers to handle disposal on their own land quickly and efficiently, reducing biosecurity risks from such diseases as BSE (mad cow disease), Foot and Mouth Disease, Avian Flu and Coccidiosis.
